Pretty sure I might come across inpatient, but I’ve sent an email regarding login issues a little while back but I received no answer yet.

Anyone knows what the average waiting time is for these kind of support requests?

Generally about a week depending upon their backlog.
Edit: although, sending multiple messages generally delays response time as it moves the request further down the queue.
