Celtic Heroes

So I used to play Celtic heroes on my android device then stopped playing and am now using an iPhone. I went to play the game and I get account conflicted. Please help I would rather not start over. I believe the username on here is the same as it was in game and the server I was on was either Arawn or Lir? I can’t remember unfortunately. I was in a clan and was a ?lvl 100+ archer. The email linked to the account was the one used on here so hopefully if a mod sees this they can help?

Sorry to hear you are running into a conflicted account - that was an unfortunate side effect of the cross-platform update a few years ago. On the bright side, it's a pretty easy fix! You will need to contact [email protected], and ask them to help resolve the account issue.

Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 crisis, VR's Support team is running a bit behind on tickets, which means it may take them a few work days to respond to your email - but they will definitely help you out!
