Celtic Heroes

When I first got my new android I was able to play CH with data and wifi but now I can only connect using wifi. I've tried everything from reinstalling to resetting my phone. I've talked to support but they told me to talk to my provider. Provider couldn't help. I'm using a Galaxy S20 ultra, has anyone encounter a similar problem?

Thanks for the quick response!
I'm able to log into my account on other devices using data. Just not on my Android phone. It all started when I had to do a few quick switches from data to wifi and back.
