Account Issues
Before you are able to use the in-game Support Tool, request a password reset, or change your password, you must first register an e-mail address to your account.

To link an e-mail address to your account:

• Go to the character select screen. You can reach this by selecting Log In instead of Continue from the Main Menu screen.
  Select the icon on the left-hand side of the screen which looks like 2 gears.
  Select the option which says Register E-mail.
  Fill out the required information, and select Register E-mail.
  You will receive an e-mail confirming your address has successfully registered.

Once you have registered an e-mail address, you will be able to use the in-game Support tool, request a password reset, or change your password.

To access the Support Tool:

• Log-in with the character with whom you wish to submit a Support request.
  From the Menu page (the top icon on the left-hand side of the screen), select the option which says Support.
  Fill out the required details and select Send. This will send your message to the Support team, who will take a look at your issue.

To reset your password:

• From the Main Menu screen, select Support.
  Select the option which says Reset Password.
  Enter your details, and select Reset Password.
  You will receive an e-mail with your new password.

To change your password:

• Go to the Character Select screen. You can reach this by selecting Log In instead of Continue from the Main Menu screen.
  Select the icon on the left-hand side of the screen which looks like 2 gears.
  Select the option which says Change Password.
  Fill out the required details and select Change Password.

When changing your password we strongly recommend that your new password is a mixture of letters and numbers, is not related to your username or any of your character names, and is not the same as any password you use for another website or game. Following these suggestions will prevent unauthorised access to your account.

Updating your device can cause your saved username and password to be cleared from the log in page. Before updating your iPod, iPhone or iPad make sure you know your log in details.

Currently we are not able to offer players the ability to change their character names, username, or server. This is something we are looking into featuring, and we will announce when these options become available to players.
