Hello, I need your help! I created a new account in the game, and when I got to level 5 on my new character, I tried to get into my old account, and the problem happened. Unfortunately I have not signed up for some email password recovery, just know all what I have in the account and login.
I've tried using the support to change the password, but I dont have registered my email, I can not recover my password. WHAT do I do? I'm desperate!

Guys, i sent 2 e-mails 4 days ago, but noone answer me at the moment.
I am really sad, i lost my character!!! And all i need is my char back!
She had all my stuff... Weapons, Armours, Ancient Itens, Gold, Friend list, etc...

Ok wow, calm down. If you read any of the stuff up above it does say it can take days to recover/refund stuff because of how many they recieve. 4 days isnt what you should worry about. I waited 2 weeks for my reply, but by then had already contacted admin on forums and was done 1 and a 1/2 weeks before lol.

Thanks soon... I really dislike the idea about restart again... A friend spared massive itens with me... Like ancient itens, orbs, sets and gold...
