Refunding

Admin needs to speed up on refunding players with their items.
It's not just the admin who refund items. They have a support team working on all in game related problems. You can contact them by using the support button in the menu And telling them to work harder doesn't really help. I'm sure they do their best to help everybody.
And yes it could take time sometimes but they get many messages and need to work trough them all and find out if people are telling the truth. In the sticky topics you will find how to contact support in the right way. If everybody contact them as stated there and provide them with the right information the process will be quicker.
