How to get my stuff from a scammer

Good Fay admin! I want to ask for a help because of this player name as sylper... I'm a player from arawn server .. I'm asking for your help because this player name sylper borrowed my icelord bow and never gave it back.. Please help me about my problem sir admin before he scam many good players in the game.. More power to your game and I realy love this game.. My charcters name is XxXScoopeXxX.. Thank you very much sir admin
