Celtic Heroes

I need some help if anyone can help me. I have tried to get on and play Celtic Heroes, but everytime I click log on, it begins patching and connecting, but then it says:

"Patching Problem. Error in download file ip4_player_fashion_male_tattoo_stripe_torso.pvr:compressed size mismatch"

Does anyone know how to fix this? I play Celtic Heroes with the IPod 4th generation 32g. Does CH still support the IPod 4 gen?

If you follow these steps from the Technical Issues post, your problem should be solved.

There are times when you may have trouble either patching or updating the game.

If this occurs:

Delete the app from your device.
Re-download the Celtic Heroes app from the App Store.
Launch the app.

This should solve any patching or update issues you may encounter.

I have done that twice. But it didn't solve the problem. When a new patch comes out, it updates everything except the male tattoo.

Hey there, this sounds like an unusual issue, can you try the following and hopefully it will work:

1) turn your device off fully and back on
2) deleted celtic heroes
3) connect to a new wifi connection (different from your normal connection)
4) download Celtic Heroes and login to run the patch

i did what you said. It fixed the problem, but then it said it couldn't download another mismatched file. I brought my ipod home, and tried to log on, and the old problem came back. Do you guys still support ipod 4th generations?

I'm having the same problem. I can't get to another Internet service easily. I'm thinking restarting the worlds should fix the problem. If at all possible can you try this? If not do a quick patch soon:).
