Hey Admin, recently on the 2 for 1 plat sale i got 8k plat. 4k of that went to gold, and i wasted around 100 on elixers, then i put my iPad down and went out to pop fireworks with my friends. (My character is called notsoslow on Rhiannon). My little brother has an account on Gywdion, (called notsofast, he copied my name >:D) anyway, when i was gone he blew about 2.5k off that plat. He didnt know bother, and he certainly shouldnt have but whats done is done, and I was wondering if there is any way you could restore that plat, i dont have my iPad right now, and wont have it till morning, so wanted to know what i should do, and what the devs could do to get it back.

The best thing to do in this situation is contact the Support team using the in-game Support tool when you have your iPad back, and explain to them what has happened (including exactly what the Platinum was spent on). The Support team can then take a look at your issue, and see if anything can be done.
