Yes everyone gets a full refund that bought them for the higher price, just make a support ticket with the charm you want refunded.

#6When Admin or anyone says "support ticket," I believe they mean to use the in-game support tool.
Go play the game as you normally would, then click to support, write them a short message explaining your problem, click send.
This creates a "ticket" for the support team to look at and respond to.
