Not being able to buy platinum

Hello, i have tried buying platnium and it will not work i have tried almost everything it will not work i would like any help u can give

Could you please try using a different WiFi network to the one you normally use, and then try to purchase some Platinum. Most issues regarding purchases of Platinum can be solved by using a different WiFi network.
If this doesn't work, please let me know!
