Celtic Heroes

Some items were stolen from Quickstrike in Rhiannon from a ranger named Riperman and they consist of: Heroic ammulet of rejuvenation, Golden bloodlust helm, Golden sheild of valor, Heroic gloves haste, Grand charm of blade, and charm of bone.
I am fully aware that this is my fault and I would very much appreciate it of someone could help me with this.

If you have an issue with stolen items, please report this to the Support team using the in-game Support tool.

Ive reported the stolen items to support and they just got back to me this morning. they said they cant get the stuff back but they did add the character riperman to my friend list which kinda helped and i tried to talk him into giving it back but i had no luck. so if there's no way to get my stuff back it would really be nice if you could check trade log and ban the characters linked together by the items because he is still trying to scam members of my clan, or maybe get me another bloodlust and 350k?

If you have reported the issue to the Support team they will fully investigate the issue and take the necessary course of action.

You may wish to send the team another message with an update of what has happened, so that they are fully aware of the situation, as this will help in their investigation.
