Cant log in

Hi admin i cant log it when i select a world thats green they all turn red and it resets this has been happing every like 2 days please help me
Hi there,
Could you please try fully turning off your device, and then turning it back on again, and then try to log-in.
If that does not work, please try connecting to a different WiFi network to the one you normally use and try to log-in.
If neither of those work, let me know!
