Platinum...still not working

K so i bought 20 doller itunes redeemed it and every time i try to buy 330 plat it says processing real quick then doesn't give me the plat... i tried to buy the 150 to still nothing..please help me

This sounds like a connection issue.
Please try connecting to a different WiFi network to the one you normally use, that should resolve any Platinum issue you may have.

iv been to 4...nothing please help iv never bout itunes apples before but i really like this game and thought i would please dont tell me i wasted my money

Have you tried turning your device fully off, turning it back on again, and then trying to purchase the platinum?
If that doesn't work, please contact our Support team using the in-game tool.

yes, iv tried both it just told me that i didnt buy any platnium so there was nothing wrong when im TRYING to buy it i dont have it yet

so the support in game told me to delete app turn off device turn it back on an reinstall,did it now i cant log in, my name has 3 capital letters in it and its not capitalzing the letters in my name when i type it so it keeps saying username or password is wrong!!!!! all i want to do is get platinum and play the game why is this happening!!!

It shouldn't matter if your username contains capitals or not, simply type it in the username box and it should be ok.

well i got that situated was typing to wrong password :| so back to the platinum iv tried 4 spots even mcdonalds and nothing it still keeps saying proccesing really fast then doesnt do anything like in my video

There is a known issue where certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers) are unable to process Platinum purchases, and this may be the cause of your problem.
A fix for this is on the way, but unfortunately it won't be available until the next time the app itself is updated.
If you've tried all the suggestions in the Platinum Issues topic, than I think this is the most likely cause of the issue.
Unfortunately the only thing I can suggest is to keep trying different WiFi networks (maybe a friends or another family members?) until you are able to purchase the platinum.
