My game/account isnt working

Hello admin whenever i click the app celtic heroes it goes black like its loading and goes back to home screen this has been like this since yesterday and i hope you can fix this cause im looking forward to playing celtic heroes appreciate any help

Try completely powering your phone off and back on, and if that doesn't work, uninstall the app and reinstall it

I just got it to work
but i cant remeber my password for my account becuse i had to reinstall my game again
admin can u send me a email so i cant reset my password?

Hey admin i have used the support tool for my password and i entered my username and email and doesnt work plz help me my account as u have seen from my posts is totally messed up :0 i hope u can make my account work
