Meteor upgrade item in bank wich seems useless

We (clan united) killed one of those blackstone otherworld druid bosses in the first few weeks of the update... We got a drop for killing this lvl 130 boss, the name of the drop is: meteor upgrade item(driud)
First of all i think its spelled druid :p
Second of all is it used for anything or did we waste 3 hours to kill a boss without getting anything that is usefull?
