Need help with account

When I tried to log in a little bit ago (about 2 days) it said someone was already logged in so I had a password reset sent to my email which has also been hacked and I cannot get in to. I was told I could register a new email at the character selection screen but to get to that screen I need my password which I don't have. Any solutions?
