board upload qoata reached?

recently when trying to post a picture i got this error syaing that it has reached the board qouta reached could u please help
You try to upload with upload attachment? Or with a extern image. (hosted on another website)
If you try the upload attachment then you are probably right. there have been posted many pictures and the forum doesn't allows more. If you use the extern image. I'm not sure what the problem might be.
