Hello im ino2 from epona and i have an issue regarding my refund.i was in work the day the scavanger came out so i gave money to dilvar to buy it for me.he did and i been using it ever since but the message said that i did not buy it from vendor,i didnt but dilvar did.he is in possesion of it at the moment.please refund our gold.thank you

It may take several days for the team to process your request, as they are currently dealing with a very large number of Support requests, but they will deal with your request as soon as possible.
