Refund

Heyo, I sent a support ticket in game to request refund of my golden blade of ice (hatoyo, rhiannon) on both thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

5 days has passed since I sent the first refund ticket,and I have recieved neither refund nor reply from support.

Maybe I please get a reply and preferably a refund?

It has now been a whole week since I sent first support ticket, and not a single reply from support


Really need refund, I bought gold blade of ice the day venom was introduced, but since patch had no in game announcement and I hadn't checked forums, I didn't know I coulda got venom dagger instead

Haha, several days sounds a lot more accurate than the 'your message will be viewed in the next days, thank you for contacting us' blip (as its taken a week)

Anyways, in light of recent events, it's perfectly understandable that support is backed up. I'm just happy to know in not being completly ignored
