I'm trying to write a PM to someone, but it goes to my outbox when I hit submit. How can I fully know that the message sent is actually sent? Or how can I at least get the PM out of my outbox? It's all very confusing.

Well the outbox means the message is send but the other guy hasn't read it yet.

Example:
If I send a message to you the message goes to my outbox and your inbox.

When you click on the message in your inbox it will disappear from my outbox and I will know you have read the message.
