support please help him.theres a player called phrozen which we thought he is an alt of a fellow guardian of our clan and he scammed warlord11 in arawn for his darkflame full set.he is very ,iserable and i hope you guys can help him to retrieve it back.thanks for your cooperation.

you needa tell him to use the in game support tool.

make him log in with the character. when hes logged in, there should be a celtic symbol at the top left of screen. click support. you hav to register.
then send support the message. the only way is to get the scammer to return the items. support cannot refund scammed items. i know exactly how you feel.
i was scammed too. but start resaving and itll be better. make sure he is online most of the time. i scared the scammer that scammed me and
he doesnt even dare log on anymore. is the scammer a high levled guy? if he is than ud stand a better chance cause high leveld ppl wouldnt want to lose their accounts.
we need his name and world and clan and level and class

Well i m THE brother of warlord11 and i m pretty upset too .
Why?
1) i send à lot of money (gold) and real money to this item
GAVE IT TO HIM AS À PRESENT!
2) if it was à bodkin, i wouldnt be that upset cause its easier to earn back. Lots of people are selling it for à cheap price.
But thos is darkflame , à pretty rare item.
