Refund, Dropped Item

About 2-3 weeks ago I asked for a refund on golden ice blade......I wasted 300k on it from the wraith.
I dropped my charm 2 days ago and it was really useful, +100 physical evasion, I sent a ticket for both with no response.
I actually sent 4 support tickets for the golden ice blade, that's kinda insane fellas c'mon pick up the speed, 2 weeks? Really?
Anyway hope this gets sorted out soon, thanks.

According to Support, you were given a partial refund of 50,000 Gold for the Golden Blade of Ice, which is the difference in price between the original price of the item and the new price.
Regarding your dropped item, if you have sent in a request the Support team will process it, however it may take several days as they are currently dealing with a very large number of requests. Rest assured though that they will deal with it.

I have yet to recieve any refund on my blade, I've only recieved a
A refund on Goblin charm only

Can you check what I wasted it on, I don't remember ever recieving that gold.

I'm sorry, I don't know what the Gold was spent on, only that a refund was given.

It's funny, because I think I would have remembered being given Fifty Thousand gold when I had 0......
