Lost weapon in trade

1. On July 29th at about 8:40 the issue is that a friend traded me an ancient golden scepter (not even sure I got the name right) to use in duel and when I traded it back it disappeared. Neither of us have it. He said the trade cancelled. This happened at about 8:40pm.
2. My friend also lost an ammy while trying to equip it around the same time as the trade.
3. Yesterday afternoon, Taetae had been hacked and has lost all access to his orginal account.
These items were on loan from another player and were meant to be returned.
I have sent several emails and have yet to receive a reply.
World: Taranis
Trade between : Siobon (myself) and Taetae
Class: Druid - Siobon lvl 65
Class: Warrior - Taetae lvl 71

Thank you for your reply, however, there is yet another problem.
I do not remember my password on the game since I always have it set at remember password.
I cannot register my email without being prompted for my password. When I try to reset password I am prompted for my email that I have here to register.
I would like very much to contact the support team via the in-game option but cannot.
Please advise.

Hello. I am writing in this thread as I have a similar problem. I play in the Sulis world. Yesterday I joined a group in Stonevale and was fighting boars and I died in battle. When I resurrected at the North Road my weapon (an Ancient Great Maul) had disappeared. I bought this in a trade for 20,000 gold, so am quite disappointed. Can you lose weapons in battle?
