Slow Support, 2 1/2 Weeks no refund.

I have been trying to wait patiently but this is getting a tad rediculus and I don't know what else to do. I have heard of people getting in trouble for resubmitting a support ticket so didn't want to do that, but I am starting to wonder if mine didn't go through correctly?

I am Guffy from Danu Server and have been trying to get a refund on my Golden Sword of Ice for like 2 and a half weeks now, should I resubmit? Is it just crazy slow right now? What should I do?

Hi there,

According to the Support team you have already received a full refund for the Golden Blade of Ice you purchased from the Scavenger Store before the change in prices.

This was a different one, are we only allowed one? I bought two.

Edit: This was purchased after the price change btw.
