Sorry about that,

The Moon Cultists are a add-on for the summer event. They supposedly drop moon masks. I have searched everywhere and haven't been able to find them.

Haha, sorry for making it confusing.... I was caught up in the moment. :(

no i should be sorry. it says they drop their mask and i wanna know where they are as well :)
