I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but today when I was logged on I saw something I didnt shout. It said 'Harvy6 shouts' and some bad words and nasty comments were said about another player. What has happened and I'm afraid someone will report this thing I didn't say and I'll get banned. What should I do

If this happens again look at the comment right above it. Lots if people in Rosmerta have learned how far they have to type to make it appear in the next line so if it says usernames shouts: and a random line of nonsense then yourname shouts: it was that other person. You can turn them in for harassment if the same person does it continually.

Yes so when that happens..

Look at chat.. It should read like:

(Shout):Teaweasel: ...................................
(Shout):YourName: (Insert swear words)

You need to scroll up to where you supposedly swore and read the name directly above your long line of swear words...in this case..Teaweasel.

Then go to Support and report that person. Just write in the Form what happened, how yer seeing your name swearing and it's not you, but instead it's this other guy, (write their name) and they are using chat tricks to make the community think it's you.

Support will check the chat logs and start the discipline process. Also, please note, that if you aren't using that language in shout Support will be able to see that you aren't when they investigate your chat logs...so rather than lose yer unfathomable in shout because you see yerself swearing, stay cool, calm, collected...and just report the user doing it.

You won't get in trouble or suffer for it if you keep a calm and cool demeanor.

heres a probably easy fix and would definitely help with this
just make it so the part that would say "Zirl shouts:" a different colour than the other text like blue so that people can tell whether or not people are actually saying what they think they are saying
