"a matter of life or death!!"
"lvl 129 account cant log in!!!"
"this is really urgent: lvl 129 account cant log in"
Titling tickets or posts in this way will not speed up the Support process, in fact tickets or topics posted like this may take longer to get dealt with.
The best way to title a ticket is to be clear and concise, for example 'Password issue on my other account', or 'I dropped an item', and to make sure your message is also clear and has all the relevant information. This will speed up the process, and makes it easier for the Support team to deal with your issue.
