I need a new password

I have sent 3 emails to support at [email protected] over the last week or more and I have have no response. I am at level 129 and I don't want to lose all that work please help. I never registered an email so I can't retrieve password that way.


Please Help!!!

make the ticket urgent:

"a matter of life or death!!"

"lvl 129 account cant log in!!!"

Titling tickets or posts in this way will not speed up the Support process, in fact tickets or topics posted like this may take longer to get dealt with.

The best way to title a ticket is to be clear and concise, for example 'Password issue on my other account', or 'I dropped an item', and to make sure your message is also clear and has all the relevant information. This will speed up the process, and makes it easier for the Support team to deal with your issue.

The site will not let me PM the you back community!

I finally had to reload the app Saturday September 8 and I am locked out of my account please help.

How do i get the ability to PM on this site???
