Yes admin u gave my accounts back BUT all my alta r gone my weps are gone on godzilla007 alll my elix alll my money all my idols so tell me WTF HAPPENED!!!!
I WANT MY BANK BACK I WANT MY ROUGE I WANT MY RARE EVENT ITEMS I WANT MY CARPET!!!!!!

If your characters have been deleted, you can request for them to be restored, and the Support team will be able to restore your characters.
Regarding the items and gold, these items have most likely been traded away and therefore cannot be restored. This is what can happen if you share your account details, or have a password which is easy to guess, and is the main reason why we do not allow for accounts to be shared.
