I logged on to my account only to find out that the 7000+ platinum I had stored on the account was now missing. All that was left was a mere 280 platinum. Is there anyway to recover this? If not than all the birthday money I had used to buy platinum is gone forever.

I lost a lot when my account was scammed too...not like support did anything.... But yeah, 7000 plat is tough

Sure if they looked at records and new pure justice was to be prevailed, but they would need solid proof.
