Celtic Heroes

Anyone who had problems with buying new skill with the warrior vendor? It seem that I can't even buy any of the other skills but the great swing. I don't know if this is one of the glitch or just part of the quest! Any help is appreciated thanks!

Btw I have sent a request with the support team but haven't heard anything from them yet.
