Deleted Character - No response from support

Hi,
I had a character on Mabon - lvl103 Mage, dd55dd, which got deleted about 10 days ago. I have sent a couple of requests to support using the in-game support request button but have heard nothing. Does anyone know what else I should do? Tx.

Had an in game response which says character not deleted but when I try to log in I get a message saying details incorrect.

are you dd55 in mabon? or dd5dd5 in mabon?

Both. Used dd5dd5 and got mage to lvl103 then could not log character back on as it seemed deleted. Then started again and now up to lvl64. Lot of time and hope this gets resolved.

ohhhh i saw you in masmar. good luck getting it back. make it urgent, make the title" lvl 100+ character deleted!!!"

Yes, please make a clear support ticket such as:
title: accidentally deleted character
subject: please restore my deleted character (and then type the name of the character that was deleted)
This should get you a quick response.
