I recently got the Book of Alt for completing a quest. I used it....now what? It doesn't appear anywhere. How do I make alterations?

NEVER MIND I GET IT!!!!!! IT ADJUST SKILLS!!!
After I alter the skills, can I change them back???

no. if you want to change it back you have to spend 3k to get another one

On Taranis they're 5-7k lolol

on mabon they are 3-5k. but they are very cheap
