I have a question regarding whether or not support team may be able to swap an item for another due to technical difficulties. I purchased a Golden Crown of Wizardry, maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago, I have sent in a support request (RoyalSeraphim, Taranis). The issue i am trying to get help is that i have bought the wrong item, either by accident or by lagg. I have bought a Golden Crown of Wizardry, which is 150,000 gold, I am asking for either a refund (get 150,000 gold back, and delete the Golden Crown of Wizardry), or I would be pleased with swapping the said item with the Golden Crown of Energization, which also cost 150,000 gold. I remember the grief of purchasing the wrong item because I was viewing both items to see which item was better, but i viewed Golden Crown of Wizardry, not realizing until i bought it that i had not come back to the Golden Crown of Wizardry item. Please. If possible, may I ask for a swapping of Golden Crown of Wizardry for a Golden Crown of Energization?

Update: The support team has messaged me in-game at approximately September 26, 2012 - 11:57p.m. EST. The message contained the following (and i dont quote because i dont recall the whole message, word-by-word)
You have been messaged on the 18th containing the following message: We are unable to swap your item to a different item, since this has occured recently, we are able to refund you for this item. - Support
All I am asking is what to do. Do i sell the item (Golden Crown of Wizardry) and get the 150,000 gold back? Or would they delete the item and refund me 150,000 gold back? I would greatly appreciate a response, as it might have been my fault that i did not recieve, or logged out right after the Support Team's message was sent to me, in-game. Please guide me towards what my actions are to be in order for my refund to be valid. Thank you very much for your help and understanding.

They will remove the item from your inventory and give you 150k back

Thank you very much for your reply, I greatly appreciate it. If this has ever happened to you, when they sent the support message, did they immediately refund you of your item, or did it take time?
They sent me a support message containing the previous message (refer to my previous post) which was sent at 11:57 approximately, and it is 14:39 at this moment I am replying.

The only time I asked for a refund I got a message that said something like "Your Royal Shield has been refunded for 300,000 gold". Then I saw the royal shield is gone and I have 300k more gold.

Thank you for your immediate reply, I hope i get the same message as I would like my Golden Crown if Wizardry to be refunded.

Not sure if you have or not... but it sounds like you will have to send another ticket with the instruction to refund the item.

This message makes it sound like they are offering you a choice... you can either keep your item, or they can refund it.
So if you are just waiting for them to refund it, you will be waiting a long long time. You need to inform them that you would like a gold refund.

I actually just have, this afternoon, eastern pacific time. I even gave information to refund for 150,000, yet no response still. I am awaiting for another resonate possibly or i would have to write up another ticket. But what i have recalled is that the more tickets you write, the higher delay time you will have of validating your request, for example getting refunded 150,000 for this item.
