On the last day of the double plat I logged on and got the message that the servers were going down and when they came back up the double plat would be gone. So I quickly purchased 15$ worth of plat (150 x 2 = 300) almost imeditally after pushing confirm the game went down. When I logged back on I checked my Plat and only had 150 platnium. I've sent 4 in game support messages, and posted a forum topic but I haven't got a reply yet. Please resolve this issue

I spoke with the Support team about this, and they say that the Platinum purchase was made after the Double Platinum event had ended, which is why you did not receive the extra Platinum. It's possible that your Platinum purchase went through after the event had ended, because even though you had pressed the button before if you had a connection issue this would have delayed the transaction from being completed.

Yeah I definitally pushed before the event ended, but i understand that it could have gone through afterwards. That stinks though

Yeah that seems really unfair, horrible customer service here in some situations. OTM totally has the ability to credit the plat to your account.
