Server Crashes!

Hey! Within the last 4 hours we have had 3 server crashes. By server crash I mean everyone absolutley everyone gets logged out! Why is this happening? Can you please look into this.

Are there any other worlds this is happening to?

we lost solstice drake twice due to crashes
