Most of the time, refunds take me 5-10 minutes, but I'm online at the same time as OTM.
I doubt they really work over the weekend, but who knows.
It is 12:00 in UK, where they are based, so I'm sure they are workingthrough the weekends support tickets now :-)

I waited 2 weeks. Someone has been waiting for 2 months. Don't be too impatient. Im sure support team is already working on it. Note that it is not just you asking for support team's help. There are hundreds of people's too everday or weekly. They have to tend to others also just like you. Read every support ticket and abide to their request. Just you wait, the time will come.
