Hey I have come back from a big break from the game, good to be back though.
When I arrived back it was good to see that my main account was all good , but to my disapointment my rogue AzuraBlade on the world Danu was hacked , my password does no longer work, I have not typed the password in incorrectly if your wondering.

Any help would be great admin , thanks

If i may reply inconveniently, but informatively: my friend, Gandalf123 had happened the same, his account password is changed, and his characterS ( i stress that not just 1 character was deleted). Another issue, my clan's inactive general has also been suspiciously deleted i think. His name is Aaaaaaa, and his name is no longer in the clan member list. He has been inactive for a long time. In my opinion or theory, i think that the ch system has either been hacked, or starting to delete inactive members of the community. But anyways, either way, admin, my friend "Gandalf123" of Taranis, has been inactive until this previous weekend. He was playing his druid (gandalf123) then suddenly he logs out without saying goodbye. He then goes online to his alternate account (ranger - iRapidz from Taranis) and ask for support's help. But support would not restore his account or character due to him not being in the account to restore it. Honestly, he has told me that he did not delete it, his whole account may be hacked but my clan's general has been deleted too. He is no longer in my friend's list or my clan members' list. The system may just have deleted a handful of inactive people in the system thinking they are spam accounts or bots. Please admin, may i ask for help also and clarify this huge world-wide issue (not just my server).

Sorry all, I made a false alarm, my friend changed my password not book around and my passes got mixed up, sorry to bother you all. My character is fine, but i hope someone can help royal and his friends.

Once someone doesn't log in for a certain length of time... Don't ask how long because I don't know... They drop off the clan lists... Even the rankings charts... He will reappear if he logs in again... The game hasn't been hacked, it's just something that happens...
