i have a ring bound to me that is the wrong class

I have a Fabled luring ring of fire bound to my ranger (ring is for mage) my charactor name is fletch world taranis ring is in my inventory i have sent a report about two months ago but i never got a reply im wondering if you could possibly unbind it

If you have sent in a Support request then your issue will have been dealt with, it is just sometimes you will not receive a direct reply from the team.
I have looked into your request for you, and the Support Team say that they are unable to unbind the ring.
