When I try to buy plat it says proccessing then doesn't give the plat. I have tried all the suggestions to try and get it to work. Any other ideas?

I don't know if this applies to you but if your device is jailbroken and you have either IAP cracker or iapfree installed you'll never be able to complete your transaction. If this describes your situation I would advise you to uninstall these apps and then try again. They interfere with the process.

The other issue may be your connection.

If you try using a different WiFi connection to the one you normally use, that may solve your issue.
