Wtf! My ping is like on 30,000

I have been playing for 20 minutes and have already been kicked off server 15 times (yes i counted). I was absolutely no help to my clan during a ow boss fight leaving the other druid to be overwhelmed. How can I fix this? I tried restarting my router, but really should I need to?
