Hi there, I have just bought some platinum in the game but while doing so my ping went berserk and threw me out of the game. I've tried to continue but it tells me it can't establish contact with the servers. I also want to mention is that when I tap log in it shows me the world I normally play in but I don't get to see my characters. Is this something which is more common or is it something only I experience at the moment?

It seems as though your Platinum purchase did not fully complete.

The first thing to do is to fully turn off your device, turn it back on again, and then start the game.

If this does not solve the issue, please connect to the game using a different Wi-Fi connection to the one you normally use. This should allow the transaction to complete.

Please make sure you use the same device that you used to purchase the Platinum, otherwise the above methods will not work.

Yeah I figured that I had to turn off the Wifi, play on the mobile network for a second and it was solved. Thanks
