Celtic Heroes

I have successfully patched the event and logged in once, but now all a get is the loading screen with ( after 5 seconds) 10% loaded and after waiting it won't load anymore. I have tried both solutions on the technical issue page with no success.

What is worse is that my other accounts work but not this one, what is wrong ?
