Refund of items

After five messages to support i have preety much given up hope on this game that i am considering quiting it and not spending any more pennies on it.
10 days i was selling hundreds of item to lux shop, to avoid the question are you sure u want to sell this item , i ticked the box. As anyone knows this speeds process immensily .
At a while i took a little break and logged my alt on my other device. At this stage i decided to power lvl the alt with my druid ( who i was selling the items to shop). Instictively i dragged my grimoire books ( both the red and the lvl 110 aggragoth book) to the left to equip. It only occurred to me that i was in the shop and i ended up selling my books to shop.
I was absolutely schocked at the though of selling these books so raised i with support immediately to explain the incident.
After 4 days of no response. So. Sent another email explaining scenario again asking them to give me back the books and take the money i got from the shop. This was only around 160k for both books. Within 10 minutes and while i was in game i received my red grimoire book back and they deducted 100k gc from me. However they did not give me back my aggragoth book.
Since then i have sent a further 3 emails asking for this to be return. Anyone who knows the books knows i could get far more money than what i received from shop if i wanted to sell them.
Im dissapointed that after all the money i have spent in this game support continue to ignore my emails. They obviously check the messages as they responded within 10 minutes of my second one.
There is no acknowledgment they are looking at it, no messages at all, even after the initial refund , no message. What kind of service is that.
I am the point where i am thinking of quiting game. They have zapped any fun i had from this game, and dont see point of carrying on.
Can the admins please contact the relevant people and tell them to bloody communicate instead of treating me like a animal. After spending over 300 bucks across my accounts this is not the service one expects.
