I did the iOS 6 update and it put my phone in recovery mode. I lost all data to games and etc. is there anyway I can get it back? I played all the time and haven't been able to due to this!! Please help ASAP!!!

I'm not entirely sure what you mean or what your set-up is, but I can set your mind at ease about your in-game items and characters.

They are safe.

Everything related to the account (character, gold, plat, items etc. ) is stored on the servers at OTM.

If I understand your situation, the game has merely been deleted from your phone. Option one would be to plug into iTunes on your computer and re-install the game. Option two would be to re-download the game from the app store.

Once you do that, and log into your account, you will find that the only thing you have lost is time.

Yeah, the update deleted everything. Ok so all of my account stuff is saved onto your servers is what I'm assuming and not to my phone correct?

Oh and it has been a few months since I have logged on. You don't think admin has deleted my account due to lack of not playing?

Not my servers, but OTM's, yes.

The only thing saved on your phone is the game itself. Everything else is on the servers. That is why you can log into your account from different devices.

The account will not have been deactivated. In fact, just this week I logged onto an account that I haven't used since April.

Like I say, you will just need to re-install the game onto your phone. Then enter your username and password. There will probably be a lot of patch files that need to be downloaded once you connect, so it may take a few minutes before you can actually get into the game, but I don't think you need to worry about anything on your character.

To set your mind further at ease, I will say that the game has been deleted from my iPod several times. (My son likes to hit buttons). I just restore it from iTunes and go about my merry business.
