Please use the in-game Support Tool to request the restoration of a deleted character, details of which are in the topic I linked above.

This guy has been asking to restore deleted characters since June. I mean c'mon now, how many times does one accidentally delete a character or characters?
Clearly, something fishy going on here, stop wasting Support's time so they can help other people who truly need help, faster.
