Plat bought and not credited

I just got a gift apple and thought great ill get some plat! However I bought some got charged for it and now the plat hasn't appeared in my shop! I have tried all the steps to solve none work...
I want to know what you can do about it or will do about it

It took an email to the developers to get that reply which said exactly the same thing as the email said... So I'm going to reply exactly the same
Yes I have looked at that, tried all the steps and none of them work. I used ingame support about two weeks ago and haven't had a reply. Same to the forums
I'm really frustrated with the lack of support given to this game and issue.

Something similar happened to me once ...
I kept trying all the online solutions listed ...
None seemed to work ...
Then i got an in game message from admin ...
BE SURE YOU ARE ON THE SAME DEVICE USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE.
Seems that i had been using one ipad when i made the plat buy ... Which didnt get credited.
Like you i was charged the bucks but got no plat.
Well, after I logged back in with the ipad used to make the plat purchase ... Everything was right.
So, it seems plat buys are tied to the device ID as well as your apple ID account ...
Anyway ... Hope this helps ... As it did fix my plat buy snafu ...

If you have tried the solutions in the help article, the only thing I can suggest is to keep trying alternate Wi-Fi connections.
It sounds as though your Platinum transaction has not completed, and therefore if you can find a Wi-Fi connection which allows your device to finish the transaction your issue should be solved.
