A Question to Support

I do know that it is the holidays and currently a weekend, but I am wondering when the support team will be back to help reply and answer and complete these questions and tasks of which we have asked them in our support tickets. I am fine waiting personally, but a couple items I would be very happy to be gone by now as they only take up space and are no good.
