Support not responding to inquiries

If you are all on holidays, I forgive you, if not, I'm annoyed. I have sent in different requests on three different toons regarding that toon in particular, and no answer for any of them.

Can any otm team member explain please? One of the tickets was in regards to plat and was rather important. Other clan members are having the same issue of no responses from support

would really really appreciate a response from admin or community, one of the tickets pertained to platinum and cant really wait

well... seems i am off to indulge myself in the new years festivities with no answer, which means an intoxicated rant is headed your way otm! :lol:

evening once again, i asked around the clan today and there are other people with the same issue. where is support?
btw otm, we would be happy with a "support is one guy at a desk and he hates you whiny ********, we gave him a month off" or ANYTHING that would explain the situation,

I have sent multiple support requests, both using the support button and via email over the last nine months.
I have never even received acknowledgement that the support tickets were received.
