I have emailed support about my lost account and haven't heard from in a while, because I really want the account back

It can take several days for the Support Team to respond to a ticket as they receive a very large number of requests every day.
However, please be assured that your issue will be dealt with as soon as possible.

But it's been about I don't know for sure but like 3 or 4 weeks

yes this is too long, hope support can clear the emails and tickets by this sunday because i am wondering if my email was getting ignored.
